Action Plan and Results

The Kyowa Hakko Kirin Group sets its targets for each fiscal year under its Mid-term Business Plan, implements various measures to achieve the targets, and conducts a management review at year-end in order to make ongoing improvements.
In fiscal 2016, with respect to their environmental management systems, Kyowa Hakko Kirin (five business sites), Kyowa Medex Fuji Plant, and Kyowa Hakko Bio (five business sites) continued to be accredited with the ISO 14001 integrated certification, and Kyowa Pharma Chemical continued to retain its ISO 14001 certification. In addition, Thai Kyowa Biotechnologies acquired the ISO 14001 certification. The fiscal year targets, performance, progress updates and self-assessment are presented in the following table.
